Passport/Permanent Residence Photos
We will take photos for your passport or permanent residence. Photos are processed on the spot.
If you need a hard copy and you have time, you can wait while we do them; otherwise, you can pick them up later. We will email you digital copies.
If you care a lot about how you look in official photos, we will take more than one, sit with you at the computer, and you can choose your favourite. The base price is for digital photos only, with an optional add-on for prints.

Cancellation

If you cancel your appointment with at least two hours' notice, we will refund your payment or retainer.
If you cancel with less than two hours' notice, we will keep the retainer and return the rest to you.
We will wait 15 minutes before considering an appointment a no-show.
Rescheduling

Maximum 1 reschedule(s).
If you reschedule with at least two hours' notice, we will honour your new time. You can't reschedule with less than two hours ' notice.
